Need to add a question with radio buttons quickly? With the power of slash commands, we can add one in seconds!

  1. On a blank line in the form editor, type /radio and select "Radio Buttons" from the popup menu.

    On a blank line, type "/radio" and select "Radio Buttons" from the dropdown menu.
  2. Enter details for the question title and description.

  3. Use the Configuration panel to the right of the question to set up question-specific behavior, such as Conditional Logic.
