Our URL field is designed to only accept valid URLs as an answer.

You may add a URL field to your form in one of two ways.

Using slash commands

  1. Select the blank line in the editor where you want the field to be.
  2. Type /url.
  3. Either select the URL type from the list or press Enter.
  4. Fill in your desired details (title, description).
  5. Select configure to the right of the question to configure details, such as logic.

Without using slash commands

  1. Select the blank line in the editor where you want the field to be.
  2. Choose the add questions icon to the left of the line to insert a field.
  3. Choose URL as the type using the dropdown 'type' options.
  4. Fill in your desired details (title, description).
  5. Select configure to the right of the question to configure details, such as logic.

Note: URL answers are automatically validated to ensure they contain the proper format for a URL. However, it does not check whether the top-level domain (e.g. .com, .co.uk, .edu, etc.) exists.
