You can easily add a yes or no question field to your form. There are a couple of ways of doing it.

Using slash commands

  1. Click on a blank line in the editor where you want the field to be.
  2. Type yes, no, or yes / no (note the spaces).
  3. Select the yes / no type from the list or press Enter.
  4. Add a title and optionally a description.
  5. Select configure to the right of the file dot configure details, such as conditional logic.

Without using slash commands

  1. Click on a blank line in the editor where you want the field to be.
  2. Choose the add questions icon to the left of the line to insert a field.
  3. Choose Yes/No as the field type, using the field type selector to the right of the question title.
  4. Add a title, for example, “Do you like pie?” and optionally a description.
  5. Select configure to the right of the field to configure details like conditional logic.
