Click on the line in the editor where you want your new question to be - this will often say Type '/' for quick actions.
Enter a forward-slash (/) and begin typing name of the question type you'd like to add.
A drop-down window should appear. Select your question from the list provided.
Enter details like question title, description, etc
Select Configure from the options displayed on the right-side of your new question to set-up question specific behaviour, such as Conditional Logic.

Click on the Add Questions button on the left-hand side of the line.
A new question will appear. You can configure the question type with the drop-down menu on the right-side of your new question.
