You can check availability and make bookings using multiple calendars by toggling "Connect multiple calendars" in your Appointment field configuration.
Using multiple calendars on appointment fields is only supported for Pro and Agency plan accounts.
You can select multiple calendars to both check availability on and make bookings on, and these calendars do not need to be the same.
To get started with adding a new calendar to your appointment field, click "+ Calendar" next to each setting. This will prompt you to connect Google Calendar to your Paperform account, and then select the calendar you wish to use.
If you're using multiple calendars for the "Calendars to check availability on" setting, an additional setting will appear labeled "Appointment must be available on". With this setting enabled, you can opt to only allow bookings when:
