Ask your audience to choose how likely they are to do something on a scale of X to X. You can include number, words, or even emojis in your scale. This field can also be used as a Net Promoter Score.

Here's how...

Using Slash Commands

  1. Click on the empty line in your form where you'd like to add the new scale question.

  2. Type the following slash command: /scale

  3. A drop-down menu will appear. Select Scale from the list provided.

  4. Your new question will appear. You can now modify elements like the question title and hint.

  5. Configure your scale question by clicking the "cog" icon on the right-hand side of your new field.

Using Action Buttons

  1. Click on the empty line in your form where you'd like to add the new scale question.

  2. Select the Add questions button on the left-hand side of your form editor

  3. A default question will appear. Modify the question type by clicking on the drop-down menu provided on the right.

  4. You also have the ability to modify elements like the question title and hint.

  5. Configure your scale question by clicking the "cog" icon on the right-hand side of your new field.
