Need to add a name question field quickly? With the power of slash commands, we can add one in seconds!

Here's how...

1. On a blank line in the form editor, type /name and select "Name" from the dropdown menu.

   

2. The question title will be pre-filled. You can change this and add help text by clicking on the fields.

3. Use the Configuration panel on the right of the question to set up question-specific behavior, such as Conditional Logic.

With that, you're all set! Pretty easy, right?
