Can I include a yes or no question?

You can easily add a yes or no question field.

Using slash commands

  1. From the form editor, select a blank line outside any questions or question groups.
  2. Type/yes / noand select the "Yes / No" question.
Using slash commands to add Yes / No question.

Without using slash commands

  1. From the form editor, select a blank line outside any questions or question groups.

  2. Click the + icon that appears to the left and select "Add Question" from the options that appear.

  3. Select the question field type (default is Text) and change it to Yes / No.

    Selecting an empty line and clicking the + icon to the left will reveal a menu where you can select "Add questions."

    Alternatively, you can click "Add another question" when it appears below an existing field, then change the question field type to Yes / No.
