Can I show just a calendar for a date question?

You can choose to display a date picker (in the form of a calendar) by changing the type of input in your Date Field's configuration panel.

Type of date input dropdown on the configuration panel.
  1. Navigate to your form editor, and locate the Date field you want to change.
  2. Click on the Date field to open the Question Configuration Panel
  3. Locate the option labeled "Type of date input" and choose the desired input type.

How do the input types look on the live form?

The "Text and Calendar" input will be displayed like this:

Text and Calendar input asks the respondent to type in the date, month, and year.
  • Clicking on the calendar icon will open up a calendar view.

The "Calendar" input will appear as a full calendar only:
