No, only one "answer" is allowed per question.

What is considered an answer?

  • One or more options selected in a multiple-choice, dropdown, or rank question
  • A single address
  • A single appointment

For example, if you wanted to allow a respondent to enter multiple addresses (e.g. billing and mailing address), you would need to include two, distinct address questions.
