While you can translate your form, Paperform does not support multiple translations for one form.
Here are two workarounds you can try:
1. Use a conditional redirect to another form
Note: Conditional redirects are available with specific pricing plans.
This workaround automatically redirects the customer to the form in a selected language. For this to work, you will need one form for language selection, and copies of another form in different languages that you would like the customer to fill out.
To set up the conditional redirects:
- Create the first form that asks which language the respondent would like.
- Use Paperform's Dynamic Success Page & Redirects to set up multiple conditional redirects to the second form in the selected language.
2. Use conditional visibility logic on the same form
This workaround uses a single form with duplicates of questions in different languages. When a user selects a language, they are only shown the questions in their language, the other questions remain hidden.
To set up conditional visibiliy logic:
-
In the beginning of the form, create a question field that asks which language the respondent would like.
-
For each desired language:
i. Add a Page or Section Break and turn on visibility logic.
ii. Set the condition so that the page or section is visible if the specified language is selected.
iii. Under the break, add your questions and content in the desired language.
-
Repeat step 2 for each language. In the end, you should have 1 long form with multiple pages or sections of content in different languages.
