To upload your Adobe® Creative Cloud images to your form, you may:
Select the "Add picture" icon from the options to the left of a blank line in the editor.
Use the /image slash command.
Use the /adobe slash command.
Using the /adobe slash command
Type /adobe on a blank in the editor and select the "Adobe Creative Cloud" option.
Select the desired library from the Creative Cloud popup.
Select the desired image from the chosen library.
Using the /image slash command
Type /image on a blank line in the editor and select the "Image"option.
Select "AdobeCreative Cloud"from the upload options.
Select the desired library from the Creative Cloud popup.
Select the desired image from the chosen library.
Gotchas
The /image slash command and the "Add picture" option function the same beyond the initial command operation or click of the option.

Can I have different background images for each question?
No, a background image cannot be set for individual questions. The background image you set will apply to all the questions and pages.
Can I add an image to any question?
You can add an image to multiple choice options, products, and ratings but not other question types.
How do I add a background image to my form?
Go to Theme → UI Elements → Background and upload an image.
