Can I add a progress bar to my form?

You can add a progress bar to your form from the theme editor. When editing your form, click Theme & Appearance → UI Elements → Pagination Buttons → Pagination Style, and choose "Progress Bar."

This progress bar will indicate respondents' progress through a paginated form. This will have no effect if your form is only a single page.

Adding a progress bar in Guided Mode (one-at-a-time)

Progress bars appear differently when Guided Mode is enabled. The progress bar will show at the top of the form rather than between the back and next arrows.

To enable a progress bar for Guided Mode:

  1. Navigate to Theme & Appearance → UI Elements → Pagination Buttons.
  2. Select "Include progress bar."
