Each form comes with default theme settings (colors, fonts, etc). You can play around with the theme with the options provided to come up with a look that is your own.

Once you have your desired theme, you can use it across all your forms. When you’re creating a new form, go to Theme in the topbar and then you’ll see an option to import a theme from an existing form (available on Pro and Agency plans).
