There are two ways of redirecting a form after submission on Paperform, simple redirects, and conditional redirects (available on Pro and Agency).

Simple Redirects

To have a form redirect to another page after submission:

  1. In the form editor, go to After Submission → Success Pages & Redirects.
  2. Activate the “Redirect the browser when the form is submitted” toggle.
  3. Enter the URL you wish to redirect to. You can also insert answers to questions into the URL using the list button to the right of the Redirect form URL address. This can be useful for identifying a submission on another service, analytics, or customizing feedback elsewhere.

Conditional Redirects

You can redirect the form to different URLs depending on the form was answered using conditional redirects. Conditional redirects are a part of dynamic success pages. To setup condition redirects;

  1. In the form editor, go to After Submission → Success Pages & Redirects, and toggle on "Dynamic Success Pages & Redirects" if it isn't already on.
  2. For every URL you would like to redirect to, create a new dynamic success page.
  3. In each success page configuration, "Toggle on "Redirect to another URL", and enter in the target URL. If you would like to redirect after a delay, you can also enter in a value under "Redirect after this many seconds".
  4. In each success page configuration setup conditional logic, such that the conditions are true when you want to redirect to the desired URL.
