The COVID-19 pandemic has presented a lot of challenges for businesses, and we have thought long and hard about how we can best help whilst ensuring that we continue to operate sustainably as a bootstrapped company. Here's what we're doing:

  • We've created COVID-specific templates, helpful blog posts, and a number of "Apps" (forms with workflows) for industries hit hard by this pandemic. You can find these at paperform.co/covid
  • For all Paperform customers, direct integrations are now free to use until further notice (previously $10 / 1000 actions). By doing this, we are aiming to make your workflows easier, especially for businesses that are relying on multiple apps to see their operations through.
  • If you are in an industry experiencing financial difficulty due to COVID-19, please fill out this form so we can best determine how to help. We'll be in touch as soon as we can, so please be patient as we review applications manually.
  • We're finding better ways to connect and have established a Community you can join to talk with other Paperform users, and we've also made Office Hours available with our Tech Team to give you a leg-up to creating forms that get results.
