You can check availability and make bookings using multiple calendars by toggling "Connect multiple calendars" in your Appointment field's configuration.
Using multiple calendars on appointment fields is only supported on select pricing plans.
You can select multiple calendars to both check availability on and make bookings on, and these calendars do not need to be the same.
Add new calendars
To get started with adding a new calendar to your Appointment field:
- Select your Appointment field in the form editor.
- Click "Setup the appointment" in the Configuration Panel.
- Under the heading "Calendar", click "+ Calendar".
- You'll now be prompted to connect Google Calendar to Paperform and set a custom name for each new calendar connection.
We support up to 20 calendars in a single Appointment field, and you can add an unlimited number of calendars to your account overall.

Appointment Availability
If you're using multiple calendars for the "Calendars to check availability on" setting, an additional setting will appear labeled "Appointment must be available on". With this setting enabled, you can opt to only allow bookings when:
- The selected timeslot is available on all of the calendars listed for "Calendars to check availability on".
- The selected timeslot is available on one or more of the calendars listed for "Calendars to check availability on".
