Paperform is evolving. We're bringing Paperform, Papersign, and Stepper together as a unified platform, so forms, e-signatures, and workflow automation work as one connected experience instead of three separate subscriptions.
Why we're doing this
Until now, each product kept its own separate spaces. Your forms lived in one set, your documents in another, and your workflows in a third, even when they all belonged to the same client or project. That made sense when each product stood on its own. It makes a lot less sense now that so many of you use two or all three together.
The Platform fixes that. Every new Paperform plan now includes Papersign and Stepper as part of the same subscription, at every tier (including Free). It's the same great forms product you know, now bundled.
What’s included in The Platform?
Every Platform plan bundles Paperform + Papersign + Stepper together. Find our full break down here.
A few things worth calling out:
- Seats are unlimited on every tier — a seat now covers access to all three products.
- Business is where team structure shows up: it's the first tier with multiple workspaces and the ability to control which members can access which product.
Benefits of the Platform
- One subscription, three products — Paperform, Papersign, and Stepper included together instead of separate bills and separate logins.
- Unlimited seats at every tier, so growing your team doesn't mean a new pricing conversation.
- More room to operate — fair-use based submissions instead of hard caps, plus higher automation credit allowances.
- Built for bigger teams at Business — multiple workspaces, per-product permissions, and admin controls so you can manage access properly as you scale.
- Simpler decision-making — four clear tiers (Free, Pro, Business, Enterprise) instead of navigating where Essentials fits.
If you're currently on a legacy plan
Nothing changes for you right now. You'll stay on your current Paperform plan and pricing as-is — this update only applies to new customers signing up going forward. If that changes in the future, we'll let you know well ahead of time.
How to move to the Platform
New sign-ups are automatically set up on Platform pricing — there's nothing extra to do.
If you're an existing customer and want to move onto a new Platform plan, it’s currently not supported; however, our team is working on it!
If you're unsure which plan you're on, you can view our legacy pricing page here or you can reach out to our support team for help.
