You can easily add a GIF directly into your form using Paperform's GIPHY plugin.

Alternatively, you can simply choose to upload a GIF file when selecting an image that you are inserting. You must adhere to the 6 MB size limit for images on a form, though (excluding upload questions).

If you have an Agency account, you could embed the GIF from a third-party source using custom HTML.
