Why aren't my form changes being saved?

The most common reason for changes to your form not being saved successfully is having multiple tabs open for the form editor. This creates multiple versions of the same form that override the others during auto-saves.

To fix this, only have one tab or window open.

You can often recover lost work by reverting to a previous version of the form by clicking on "Saved" on the top right of the form editor.
