How do I embed Google Maps in my form?

You can embed Google Maps onto a form using HTML. Please note that this feature is exclusively available with specific pricing plans.

To do this:

If your surrenly plan does not support this feature but you would like to upgrade, you can do this under Account Settings.

  1. In a new tab or window, open Google Maps.

  2. Go to the directions, map, or Street View image you'd like to embed.

  3. Click the hamburger menu at the top left of the screen.

  4. Select "Share or embed map".

  5. Select "Embed a map" at the top of the pop-up.

  6. Click the "Copy HTML" button appearing on the right.

  7. Navigate to the Paperform editor for the form you wish to modify, and then select the line where you'd like the map to show up.

  8. Choose the "Insert HTML" option on the left, and paste the HTML text that you've copied into the HTML box provided.

  9. Save and view your form, and enjoy your map!
