Enterprise pricing changes depending on your company’s needs. It’s a great choice for large businesses that manage many logins for form creators, industries with specific compliance requirements, or anyone else who would like to stretch the limits of the platform.

What is included with Enterprise?

Core Features

All Enterprise plans include:

• Everything offered on our Business plan.
• Enterprise-grade SLAs (service-level agreements, which guarantee specific metrics for both uptime and support).
• A dedicated Customer Success Manager to work alongside your team and ensure that your Paperform goals are accomplished.

Custom Features

Many more features are up for discussion for your custom plan, including (but not limited to):

• Custom volume limits, allowing you to:

  • collect significant volumes of submissions at scale per month,
  • add more sub-users to your account,
  • increase your storage space,
  • or raise the cap on anything else.

• Data residency on a server in your region (outside of our default US servers).

• Advanced admin features, permissions, and collaboration options beyond those already offered on other plans. This is especially useful for large teams with many sub-user accounts.

• Advanced API capabilities—anything that goes beyond what is currently supported on standard plans. Tell us about the use case you have in mind, and we’ll see what we can do.

• Other customized features. Do you need something specific that isn’t currently supported on our other plans? We may be able to help with a custom build on Enterprise.

Supported Compliances

SOC 2

Paperform is SOC 2 Type II compliant. This includes Penetration Testing with attestation available. Read more here.

Paperform is GDPR compliant.

HIPAA

Paperform does not currently support HIPAA-compliant forms, but we are considering supporting them on Enterprise in the future. There is no official timeline for this yet, but you may sign up for our newsletter for the first word on any updates.

What is the price of Enterprise?

Each Enterprise plan is different, and so the price can vary based on the tailored features/needs. The cost will be higher than our Business plan found on our pricing page, but beyond that, it really depends.

Can I book a video call and/or live demo with a sales rep?

You can book a video call with our sales team, including the option for a live demo of the product, if you are interested in the Enterprise plan specifically (we don’t offer this for other plans).
