What size limits are there on file and image uploads?

With Paperform forms your audience can upload files, including images, to your forms. The size limits for files that can be uploaded vary for each plan. Files can be any reasonable size within the limits of your subscription plan.

Files uploaded as part of a form submission are subject to the total file storage limits for your chosen subscription plan.

We'll let you know when you're approaching this limit, and once exceeded, forms collecting file or image uploads on your account will automatically close.

Gotchas

  • If you're using a legacy Paperform plan, the file upload limit applies to the file size per file (not per form). For example, if you are on the Legacy Essentials plan, your respondents can upload as many files as they like, but each of the files has to be under 10MB.
