How do I restore a deleted form?

If you accidentally deleted a form or need to restore a recently deleted form, you can do so from your Paperform dashboard.

  1. Navigate to your dashboard.
  2. Locate the trashcan icon just above the list of your forms, on the right-hand side of the page.
  3. Your list of eligible deleted forms will be presented.
  4. To restore a form, click "Restore" next to the line item of your choice.

Gotchas

  • We only retain deleted forms for a maximum of 25 days after initial deletion. This includes their submissions and analytics data. Deleted forms older than 25 days cannot be recovered.
