With the Zendesk direct integration, it is now easy to integrate your forms. Currently, we support the following actions:

  1. In the form editor of the form you would like to connect to Zendesk, go to After Submission → Integrations in the top navigation.
  2. Click on the Zendesk icon in the list of direct integrations, and select from the list of available actions what you would like to achieve.
  3. Click the "Add Account +" button to connect Zendesk to your account.
  4. Follow the prompts to continue setting up the integration.

You can remove or rename your Zendesk account at any time in your account settings.
