Jo Roque spearheads the Customer Success team, working directly with customers to make sure they achieve their goals with Paperform. She's a firm believer in compassion and kindness, which shines through in her daily interactions and work ethics. If she's not updating customer service policies, writing help docs, or building slick new templates, you'll find her playing with her Labradoodle, Waffle, or on the couch watching RuPaul's Drag Race.
My day kicks off with a self-care routine to get me off on the right foot. After that, I'll make a cup of coffee and spend a few minutes soaking up the sun, before I start work by catching up on Slack and responding to Intercom messages.
My golden productivity hours run from 9:30-12pm. What I'm doing day-to-day can vary, but mostly I'm interacting with users on Intercom, reporting, or in meetings.
The rest of my day is flexible; I tackle various admin tasks or anything else that pops up related to Customer Success!
