If you're organizing a conference or an event, you might be looking for a way to streamline the process of getting your speakers to agree to all the terms and conditions. Well, the good news is — it might be as simple as filling out an online form. We created this speaker agreement template below to show how it might work.
First of all, click the button "Use this template" to import this form into your Paperform account. You can then start customizing it. A good place to get started might be replacing the logo/image at the top and adding a description of your event. You should then add your own terms & conditions, and any additional questions that you'd like the speakers to answer. Optionally, you might add a "Signature" field to your form, allowing you to collect e-signatures as well.
