Interactive Course Form Template

The idea is for your course participants to watch the videos first, and later complete the relevant questions. Unless they answer a certain percentage of the questions correctly, they can't advance to the next page. Once the course has been completed, you might generate a custom PDF certificate (with your respondents' names dynamically inserted) and email it to the participants.
