A good idea might be adding your organization's logo and a short message about your official name, what you do, and when you were founded. This will help to establish your credibility and build trust with your audience.
If your responders are well-familiar with your Coronavirus fund (or at least have heard about it from someone), your online form could be quite simple and short. You might collect the personal data like names and surnames, optionally email addresses and phone numbers, and leave an open-ended question in case people donating have a preference for how they would like the money to be spent.
To capture payments, Paperform supports several payment gateways: PayPal Business, Braintree, Stripe, and Square. Using these gateways, Paperform does not capture nor store the full payment credentials (including credit card number) of the people making donations. We do not charge any fees for using any of the supported payment gateways. The gateways will, however, charge certain fees.
