Send an email to an email address that the respondent entered
To send an email to an address entered in the form, follow the instructions below:
- Navigate to After Submission → Emails.
- Select "Add Email +".
- In the "To Address" field, choose the email address question from the dropdown to the right of the input.
- Select "Add Email" to save your email.
This email will be sent to any valid email address entered in the specified question.
Send an email to a different person depending on certain conditions how the form was answered
To send an email to a different person depending on how the form is answered, you will need to do the following;
- For each desired recipient, set up a custom email under After Submission → Emails.
- In the custom email setup, toggle on "Email logic", and add the conditions for when this recipient should receive an email.
Gotchas
- After configuring and adding a new custom email, remember to publish the form when you're ready for those changes to take effect.
