Send an email to an email address that the respondent entered

To send an email to an address entered in the form, follow the instructions below:

  1. Navigate to After Submission → Emails.
  2. Select "Add Email +".
  3. In the "To Address" field, choose the email address question from the dropdown to the right of the input.
  4. Select "Add Email" to save your email.

This email will be sent to any valid email address entered in the specified question.

Send an email to a different person depending on certain conditions how the form was answered

To send an email to a different person depending on how the form is answered, you will need to do the following;

  1. For each desired recipient, set up a custom email under After Submission → Emails.
  2. In the custom email setup, toggle on "Email logic", and add the conditions for when this recipient should receive an email.
