Paperform's 2023 year in review

As we bid farewell to 2023, we're taking a moment to celebrate our achievements, innovations, and the valuable lessons learned throughout the year. Join us in this retrospective as we gear up for an even more exciting 2024 at Paperform.

Simply document signing with Papersign

This year saw the launch of our first new product: Papersign! From day one our goal was to build an eSignature tool that simplifies creating, sending, and signing digital documents, and we’ve been so pleased by the response from the community.

We’ve already seen dozens of businesses adopt it and realise the power of document automation—from SYTSMS creating contracts with a click, to Bill Hero creating Letters of Authority to expand its product offering.

And Papersign has evolved since our launch back in July. We’ve introduced the Global Search feature to make it easier to find and manage documents, improved document organization with folders and Spaces, added extra layers of security for better handling of sensitive information, and made a whole raft of nerdy tweaks and additions to everything from signer attributes and document variables to custom invite messaging and email configurations.

“Every new feature was crafted with users in mind, and aimed at making the Papersign not just better, but a more delightful experience. The big features are nice, but it’s these little 'nerdy’ tweaks that make all the difference.”

Oh, and we can’t forget the Papersign Template Gallery, which now holds 90 document templates—from Agency Contracts to Wedding Planning Proposals—that you can copy to your account to speed up and simplify the time it takes to go from draft to final doc.

With the launch of the Papersign template gallery, we’re excited to make it even easier for our users to move from draft to final document swiftly and securely.
