If fields on your form are visible on the editor but not the live view, there's a few reasons why this might be happening.
There's a handful of fields that are created "Hidden" by default. These are:
If the field that's hidden isn't one of these types, there's usually a relatively straight-forward reason why your fields aren't showing
Calculation Fields can be hidden/ shown manually, or via Conditional Logic. They will appear hidden by default to perform its various tasks in the background of your form, but if you wish to make them visible the process is simple.
Navigate to your Calculation field, and click the "cog-wheel" icon appearing on the right.
In the pop-up window presented, disable the toggle labeled "Hide this question".
(Optional) If you'd like to use Conditional Logic with this field, enable the toggle labeled "Question Visibility Logic" and refer to our Logic Guide for further information.
If your fields or section/ page breaks contain Conditional Logic, it's important to make sure that those logic conditions can be satisfied. If the rules in your logic cannot be satisfied, anything those rules apply to will remain hidden regardless of how the form is answered.
If you have a question that relies on a Multiple Choice question being answered, but this option doesn't exist, this logic condition can never be satisfied.
