You are not required to use Visibility Logic for Section or Page Breaks, however, it helps to give finer control over your form behavior.

Section Breaks

If no Visibility Logic is set for a Section Break, then the respondent will only see a small area of spacing where the break exists on your form.

Page Breaks

If no visibility logic is set for a page break, then a new page will still be created on your form as normal.
