You can easily insert beautiful stock images using our Unsplash Plugin. This article lays out the different ways you can add images from Unsplash.
Inserting an Unsplash image directly into your form
Using slash commands
On a blank line in the form editor, type /unsplash and select "Unsplash" from the dropdown menu.
A window will appear with some suggested images.
Choose an image, or find a different one using the search bar.
Using action buttons
In the form editor, click the line where you want to add an image.
Click the "Add picture" icon to the left.
This will open the image selection window with "Your Computer" selected by default. Select "Unsplash" and choose from the suggested images, or find a different one using the search bar.
Note: Once you have selected an image, you can access various formatting options by clicking it.
Multiple Choice Images
You can add an image from Unsplash to a Multiple Choice question option.
Click on the "Configure" (cogwheel) icon next to the question to enter the question configuration.
Toggle on "Add images to the options."
Click the "CHOOSE A FILE" button that corresponds with the option you want to add an image to.
This will open the image selection window with "Your Computer" selected by default. Select "Unsplash" and choose from the suggested images, or find a different one using the search bar.
Background Image
You can use an Unsplash image as the background for your form.
In the form editor, go to Theme (waterdrop icon) → UI Elements → Background.
Click "CHOOSE A FILE" and select "Unsplash."
Choose from the suggested images, or find a different one using the search bar.
You can apply an overlay color, set the transparency and amount of blur on your image by scrolling down to the "Overlay" section in the Background tab.
Cover Image
A cover image will appear when you share a link to your form on social media. You can use an Unsplash image as your cover image.
Go to Configure → Details.
Click "CHOOSE A FILE" below "Cover image" and select "Unsplash."
Choose from the suggested images, or find a different one using the search bar.
Icon
Users on specific pricing plans can add an Unsplash image as the browser icon for your form.
Go to Configure → Details.
Click "CHOOSE A FILE" below "Icon" and select "Unsplash."

Dynamic Success Pages
On specific pricing plans, you can create custom success pages. You can add images from Unsplash to these pages.
Go to After Submission → Success Pages & Redirects, and toggle on "Dynamic Success Pages & Redirects" if it is not already on.
Click the Edit pen icon next to the relevant success page, or add a new one by clicking "Add Page +."
Scroll down to "Submission Screen Design" and edit the content on the screen just like you can edit content when creating a form.
Click the line where you want to add an image.
Click the "Add picture" icon to the left and select "Unsplash."
Choose from the suggested images, or find a different one using the search bar.
Custom PDFs
On specific pricing plans, you can create custom PDFs. You can add images from Unsplash to these PDFs.
In the PDF Content editor, select the line on the page where you want to add an image.
Click the "Add picture" icon to the left.
This will open the image selection window with "Your Computer" selected by default. Select "Unsplash" and choose from the suggested images, or find a different one using the search bar.
Editing Unsplash Images
After you've chosen an image from Unsplash, you can use our built-in image editor to crop it, adjust levels, or add annotations.
Images added to form content and Success Pages: Click on the image, then click the pencil icon in the popup menu to edit it.
Multiple Choice, Background, Cover Images, and Icon: Click on the image (in the "CHOOSE A FILE" area) to open the editor.
