You might have noticed that the Canapes question allows you to select multiple products, while the Mains and Desserts only will enable selecting a single option. You can easily change that setting by enabling/disabling Can buy more than one product in the Configure menu.

If you want to create a catering order form that doesn't actually take the payment, choose "No Account" as the payment account under Configure → Payments — it's an excellent option for creating quotes.
