You might have noticed that the Canapes question allows you to select multiple products, while the Mains and Desserts only will enable selecting a single option. You can easily change that setting by enabling/disabling Can buy more than one product in the Configure menu.

Paperform integrates with Stripe, Square, PayPal Business, and Braintree, allowing you to securely accept payments online. If you want to create a catering order form that doesn't actually take the payment, choose "No Account" as the payment account under Configure → Payments — it's an excellent option for creating quotes.
