How to create a free form
- Sign up - Go to paperform.co/register and create a free account. No credit card needed.
- Start a new form - From your dashboard, click New Form. Choose to start from a blank canvas, or choose a template or create a form, using AI.
- Add your fields - Click anywhere on the form to add a question or content block. We support text, dropdowns, date pickers, file uploads, payment fields, and more.
- Set up logic (optional) - Use conditional logic to show certain questions only when relevant — e.g., only ask for a phone number if someone selects "call me back."
- Customize the look - Adjust fonts, colors, background, and layout from Theme & Appearance.
- Save and share - Hit Publish, then copy your form's link, embed it on your site, or share it directly.
