How to create a free form

  1. Sign up — Go to paperform.co/register and create a free account. No credit card needed.
  2. Start a new form — From your Paperform dashboard, click New Form. Choose to start from a blank canvas, or a template, or create a form using AI.
  3. Add your fields — Click anywhere on the form to add a question or content block.
  4. Set up logic (optional) — Use conditional logic to show certain questions only when relevant.
  5. Customize the look — Adjust fonts, colors, background, and layout from Theme & Appearance.
  6. Save and share — Hit Publish, then copy your form's link, embed it, or share it directly.
