See all integrationsAmadeusz Bathelt of Dealavo shares how Paperform has made it possible to automate the customer onboarding process, improving conversion rates and customer outreach.
“We need a lot of data from our customers, such as their prices, websites and URLs, which meant that our original form was too long and the conversion rate wasn’t very good. After looking for an alternative, we found Paperform’s Guided Mode. Guided Mode allows our customers to only see one question at a time, making our forms more approachable and interactive. We AB tested our Paperform with our old form and found that our conversion rate increased by a staggering 91%.” - Amadeusz Bathelt
“We started using Paperform to automate our processes by gathering even more information. We have forms to calculate dynamic prices using Paperform’s Calculations feature. The customer can upload products, files or URLs to monitor for the form to automatically calculate a price. Instead of a table for the customer to read and calculate themselves, we can now immediately provide an exact cost for them. Additionally, prior to using Paperform, we communicated in other languages by manually emailing customers back and forth. When you’re writing in a language you don’t know, you can make mistakes since you’re relying on Google Translate. Now, we have longer forms in other languages, which translate everything for us and cut down on waiting time.” - Amadeusz Bathelt
“Paperform allows us to see where people stop filling out our forms through the Partial Submissions dashboard. The reason could be anything; from being too specific, to asking the wrong questions, or even the length of the form. By seeing where potential customers stop, we can optimize our forms to retain users along their journey. Another benefit of this is to guide the customer during our onboarding process. To apply for our demo, potential customers need to upload their file. However, they might not have the file ready so they stop completing the form. This is where we can reach out to them individually to help support them through the onboarding process. Now, my daily routine is to start with a cup of coffee and read through the results of our incomplete forms.” - Amadeusz Bathelt
