Introducing Papersign

Since we first launched in 2016, Paperform has evolved from what we called a Minimum 'Lovable' Product, to an all-encompassing digital Swiss army knife.

While the product has had its fair share of changes, Diony and I have remained dedicated to a clear mission: to bring people back to life by providing the tools you need to tackle your unique business challenges.

Guided by our core principle of "bringing people back to life," we continually focus on how to cultivate more efficient, manageable and automated ways of working. This human-centric approach frees us up to focus on products and features that actually make a difference, instead of chasing growth for growth's sake, or hopping on every new tech trend (looking at you A.I.).

We like to take a more measured approach to development, drawing inspiration from user feedback, internal research, and our own experience as business owners.

Over the past couple of years we’ve seen the shift from physical to digital accelerate faster than anyone could have anticipated. Yet the tools we use to get things done are often splintered, with tasks and processes fragmented across multiple apps. This isn’t just inefficient, it’s expensive in a time when we’re all collectively tightening our belts.

We see this firsthand. Forms are often the first handshake in a broader workflow — like sharing resources, assigning tasks, or sending documents. Our vision is a holistic suite of tools that unifies these processes, all under one roof, start to finish, as effortlessly as LEGO.

With this in mind, I'm thrilled to introduce the first step towards this future with our new product, Papersign.

Papersign is an e-signature solution designed to simplify creating, sending and signing documents, so you can spend less time in email chains and more time on the things that matter. That might be growing your business, or just making sure you're home in time to catch the latest episode of Bluey with the kids.

With Papersign, we're not just introducing an electronic signature solution; we're taking a step towards a future where your workflows run smoothly from start to finish, all in one place. It's about saving you time and cutting the admin tasks out of your day-to-day.

Papersign is a standalone product outside of Paperform, built with the same user-centric design, flexibility, and smarts you've come to expect from our team. But it works best when put together with Paperform, so you can automate workflows and (truly!) put your business on autopilot.

We hope you'll give Papersign a try. If you do, please reach out and let us know what you think. Our goal isn't only to make this product a success, but to enhance the way we work and live—one tool at a time.
