Inspection Report Form Template

If you're regularly conducting inspections (like safety, security, or working conditions inspections), you might be looking for ways to automate further and streamline that process. Using an online form to take notes during the inspection has a number of advantages over traditional paper forms.

We built this inspection form template to show how you can automatically calculate the final score of the inspection. Each inspection report field is answered either:

• No = 0
• Room for improvement = 0.5
• Yes = 1

Once your form is submitted, all the points are added up, and you're presented with a final score and the submission results. Optionally, you can synchronize all the submissions (and the inspection scores) with external services like Google Sheets.
