You can view a submitter's uploaded files through the Submissions section of your dashboard.

By viewing the results of a particular submission you can view the link to access the uploaded file. Just click on the correlating form to view submission results and find the uploaded file link.

The file URL is also available in CSV, PDF, or Word exports, as well as in Direct Integrations, Zapier, and webhooks.
