We launched Papersign back in July, and it feels like it was just yesterday. We've been listening to your feedback and are thrilled to roll out some new features that will make your eSignature experience even better:
Custom signing order
Ever wished you could control the signing sequence in a document? Well, now you can! With our new Custom Signing Order feature, you can arrange signing groups and let signers sign in any order within that group. Think of it as signature Inception—a dream within a dream.
Custom email invites
Why send a generic invite when you can make it personal? Our Custom Email Invites feature allows you to add a personal touch to your invitation emails. It's not just about getting a signature; it's about crafting a memorable experience.
Automated reminders
Tired of sending manual reminders for pending documents? Say hello to Automated Reminders. You can now schedule automatic reminders for pending documents and even specify how often these emails should be sent. Leave manual reminders in the past.
Additional document recipients
Need your assistant to get a copy of the final signed document? Our Additional Document Recipients feature lets you send the final version to up to five other people. Sharing is caring, after all!
Paperform integration improvements
And let's not forget about Paperform Integration Improvements. You can now map values into your custom invite messages and add additional recipients, making your Paperform and Papersign experience seamless.
