From Woof to Work: Meet the Puppers of Paperform

International Dog Day is just around the corner on August 26th, and we couldn't be more excited to celebrate the furry friends who bring joy, love, and a whole lot of wagging tails into our lives. At Paperform, we're all about helping you achieve that perfect work/life balance—or should we say, life/bark balance. And who better to help us with that than our loyal pups!

As a fully remote team, we know firsthand the joy that a furry friend can bring to the workday. Whether it's a little wet nose nudging you to take a break, a tail wagging enthusiastically to remind you to enjoy the sunshine, or a warm, fluffy body curling up on your lap like the world's best hot water bottle, dogs have a unique way of pulling us out of our work mindset and into the present moment.

Meet the Pupperform Pups

Here are the four-legged heroes that bring our staff back from work to life, helping us find joy and balance in our daily routines.

Babo

Role: Co-Founder of Pupperform
Owner: Dean and Diony

Babo was the OG Paperform pup, offering unwavering support to Dean and the team during those early, hectic days. With his eternal puppy spirit, he ensured that comfort and well-timed walk breaks were always on the daily agenda.

"Babo has this amazing way of making even the toughest days better," Dean says. "He reminds me to take breaks, enjoy the little things, and always be present."

Waffle

Role: Chief Fetch-onomics Officer
Owner: Jo

Jo’s Waffle is a little powerhouse who knows how to steal the show and your heart. She’s a beach-loving, ball-fetching enthusiast with a special knack for delivering kisses on command.

”Waffle has tons of personality - she's sassy but loves a cuddle on the couch.”

Zuko

Role: Lead Tail-Wagger
Owner: Alex

Zuko is more than just a dog and companion; he’s a furry reflection of Alex’s younger self, and a life coach in canine form.

”Zuko constantly teaches me patience, perseverance, and unconditional love. I strive every day to make his life the best it can be as he's provided another purpose to mine.”

Cisco

Role: Programming Barkitect
Owner: Josh

For Josh’s family, Cisco is a bedtime hero and a playground legend. With kids who fall asleep to the comfort of his presence and boast about his athletic feats.

”Seeing how much the kid's love him is really the big win. They share stories with their friends of how fast he is, how high he can jump, and how he can catch the ball without looking.

Milo

Role: Barketing Officer
Owner: RJ

Milo is works with our Marketing Lead, RJ. Whenever RJ starts his workday, Milo is following him out the door to his office. He often sits in his nook by his window and nudges everyone he can for scratches.

"He is good at reminding me when to take a look out at the world, especially when he spots a squirrel or chipmunk!”

Our mission at Paperform is to help you spend less time on work and more time on the things you love. For many of us, our dogs are a big part of that equation. They're not just pets; they're family members who enrich our lives in countless ways.
