Can I quickly add a question for my survey?

Yes! By using the /Likert or /NPS command, you can quickly add a Likert Scale Question, which allows researchers to gather people’s opinions, perspectives, and attitudes about services, brands, or products. Or add a Net Promoter Score question, which allows your audience to assign an overall satisfaction score to a product, brand, or service your company provides.

Likert Scale

When you start typing "/Likert", you’ll be presented with two options: Scale or Matrix. A default Likert Scale question will then pop up, with default answer options. You can choose to stick with the default for time-saving purposes, or customize the options as we've done below:

In the configuration panel to the right, you'll be presented with different types of Likert answers:

NPS

NPS, or Net Promoter Score, is a common measurement used in surveys to assess how the audience feels about a particular brand, product, or service.

To add an NPS question quickly, you can type "/NPS" on a new line in the form editor.

You'll then be presented two options: NPS (linear scale) and NPS (rating):
