Exclusively available with selected pricing plans, you can add a Google Ads conversion script directly to your form. To set this up:
-
Sign in to your Google Ads account.
-
In the top bar, go to Tools & Settings → Measurement → Conversions.
-
Click the "+" button to add a new conversion event.
-
Select "Website" for the kind of conversion.
-
Set up the event as desired (this will be different depending on what you want to track).
-
On the next page, click "Install the tag yourself."
-
Copy the "Global site tag."
-
Open the Paperform editor, then head to Configure → Analytics.
-
Paste the global site tag under "Page load scripts."
-
Head back to Google Ads, and copy the "Page load" event snippet.
-
Switch back to the Paperform editor. The place where you will paste the page load snippet depends on what you want to track as the conversion.
- Track conversions on page load: Place the snippet straight after the global site tag in "Page load scripts."
- Track on submission: Place the snippet under "Successful submission scripts."
- Track on a success page (exclusively available with selected pricing plans): Head to After Submission → Success Pages & Redirects, then create or edit a Dynamic Success Page. Add a custom HTML block to the page, and place the snippet there.

- Answer Piping (answers from questions on your form) can't be used within any analytics scripts or HTML/ JavaScript elements. This restriction includes Page Load Scripts and Successful Submission Scripts.
