Political Poll Template

If you're running a political or social organization, you might be looking to run polls asking voters how they voted. We created this poll template to help you create one in just a few clicks.

To get started, click the button "Use this template" below. The poll template will be duplicated and imported into your Paperform account automatically. You might now start customizing it: add your organization's logo, a short description of why you're running this poll (if that's relevant for the responders), tweak fonts and colors, and personalize the fields.

The main aim of the political poll is usually to collect answers to just a few core questions. However, optionally, you might also add additional fields asking the responders about their political views (we added this section on the third page of the template below).
