How many submissions can I have for my forms?

The number of Paperform submissions allowed per month varies depending on the type of plan you’re on. To see a full comparison between plans, view our pricing page here.

Please note that this limit applies to the entire account and not the number of submissions received on each form.

These limits reset at the start of each billing period. Monthly subscriptions have limits that reset each month. For annual plans, usage is calculated over the entire billing period based on the monthly limit multiplied by 12. This means if your plan’s monthly limit is 1,000 submissions (12,000 per year), you can use the full amount at any time during the year—even all in the first month if needed.

You will be notified as you begin to approach your usage limits for the given billing period, and again if you are at risk of exceeding them. Once exceeded, there will be a short grace period in which your forms remain active, after which they will be closed until the situation is remedied, or your usage limit resets. In some cases, you may be able to purchase add-ons to your current subscription to exceed the current cap. Alternatively, you may need to upgrade to increase your limit and reopen your forms. When your billing cycle resets, all your forms will automatically reopen (unless you have manually closed submissions for that form). You can purchase add-ons and upgrade in the Billing Section of our Account Settings.

In addition to Submission limits, our plans have separate limits for Payments and Appointments, which also roll over at the end of each billing period. If you exceed these feature-specific limits, only forms that include the affected feature will be closed, while all other forms will remain active.

Total Submission Storage and Upload Storage limits are calculated for all submissions and do not roll over at the end of each billing period.

Free-trial periods follow the same limits.
