AI Insights

Introduction

This guide will walk you through the basics of AI Insights, show you what’s possible, and help you make the most of AI-driven analytics. Whether you're just getting started or looking to level up your reporting game, you’re in the right place. Let’s dive in!

Insights

No more digging through endless pages of data to analyze your respondents’ sentiments. With AI Insights, included in specific price plans, just enter a prompt with what you’d like to know, and let us do the thinking for you.

With this option at your fingertips, you can ask more open-ended questions on your form. Instead of a dropdown with limited choices, switch to a text field and let your audience respond with their own words. This unlocks your power to gain qualitative insights at a quantitative level!

To access this feature, click Insights located under the Details section of any field on your report.

When you open Insights, you'll see a window with a search bar and the question, "What would you like to know?" Simply type in your question to get started.

Don’t have a question prepared for this moment? That’s okay! Insights will suggest questions based on your results data, giving you a helpful starting point.

Once you're ready, just click “Ask” on the right-hand side. The system will then analyze your data and provide a detailed breakdown of the insights you’re looking for. If you’d like to save this data for later, simply click "Add to report" at the bottom. This will save the insight data to your report, making it easy to reference whenever you need it. Should you want to remove it, simply click the “Remove” icon in the upper right-hand corner of the report.

Gotchas

  • AI Insights are based only on the form results.
  • If your form has a large number of fields, Insights may only analyze a subset of the data.
