All Paperform billing is charged in United States Dollars (USD).

As Paperform is a US based company, and a global facing service, we have elected USD as the currency for all Paperform fees for all of our customers.

Does Paperform add any payment processing fees?
No, Paperform does not add any additional payment processing fees. However, the payment provider you use will take out any fees that apply on their end.
What payment methods can I use to pay for my Paperform subscription?
You can make payment to purchase and continue to pay for a Paperform subscription plan by making payment with credit or debit card, Google Pay, or ACH bank transfer.
Where can I access my account details and settings?
Access your account details and settings by selecting the avatar in the top right of your Paperform Dashboard and selecting "Account Settings".
How do I cancel my Subscription?
You can cancel your Paperform or Papersign subscriptions in your Account Settings. Paying customers are not able to suspend or pause their subscriptions, only to cancel and reactivate them. Expired trial subscriptions can be reactivated at any time by upgrading to a paid subscription.
