Access your account details and settings by logging into your account, selecting the avatar in the top right of your Paperform Dashboard to view the dropdown options. Select the first option in the dropdown list to access your "Account Settings".

How do I verify my account email, and what happens if it isn't verified?
We require you to verify your account using the link we send to your email upon registration. If your account isn't verified, you can create forms but they will not be submittable.
How do I update or change my account email?
Change the email associated with your Paperform account by going to 'Account Settings', which will immediately take you to 'Account Details' where you can change the email associated with your account.
Where can I find and download my Paperform plan receipts?
You can access, view, and download your Paperform Receipts via your Account Settings in the Paperform Dashboard which can be found at https://paperform.co/account/receipts
